Escape Artist Studios has been created to support local photographers here in Torbay and the surrounding areas and to provide them with a multi-platform support system enable them to create, share and sell their work. Unlike other organisations, we do not intend to tell you how to take photos. What we do aim to do is to fill in the gaps that many photographers suffer from, these being:

  • To provide you with a platform to shine, to share and promote your photographic output
  • To provide low cost creative space for you to create your photos and videos
  • To provide resouces, videos and other resources to help you develop new skills
  • To provide web space to sell your wall art and other creations
  • To provide you with a creative environment where you can work with other photographers to develop ideas, projects and exhibitions
That doesn't mean that if you need help that we aren't here to support you, far from it. Escape Artist Studios, located in the heart of Torquay, is perfectly placed to provide opportunities for collaboration, community, commercial work and training if you want it. Your financial support enables us to buy the latest software and hardware and to maintain studio workspaces with lighting, back drops and other equipment. You just need to bring a tripod, camera and your ideas and imagination.
